Evaluation Indicator System and Evah!stion Method of the Charging Facilities for Electric Vehicles Pilot Project
The evaluation of charging facilities for electric vehicles pilot project is an important work to promote and popularize the application of electric vehicles. Based on the designing standard-.the SMART standard that has been widely used, this paper builds an evaluation indicator system considering the aspects of technology, economy, society and practicability. According to the multi-dimension and multi-level features of the evaluation indicator system, the paper also proposes the evaluation method to analyze the effectiveness of the pilot project.
