四角切圆燃烧锅炉低氮燃烧改造及其效果分析

介绍了某电厂600MW机组四角切圆燃烧锅炉利用空气分级燃烧技术对锅炉燃烧系统进行改造的情况,空气分级燃烧有利于控制炉内燃料燃烧过程中NOx的生成。通过对燃烧系统改造前后的热力试验结果分析,烟气中的NOx排放浓度明显降低,实际运行结果表明改造达到了预期的效果。
Renovation for Low NOx Emission and Effect Analysis on 600 MW Tangential Firing Boiler
Renovation for low NOx emission on one 600 MW tangential firing boiler is carried out in which the staged-air combustion technology is applied to reduce the NOx generation in the fuel combustion process inside the furnace. The performance of the boiler before and after the upgrading is compared and the results indicate that the NOx emission is reduced noticeably after the renovation. The actual operation also shows that the renovation has achieved the desired results.
