Discussion on Enterprise' s Culture Building Measures for Improving Its Core Competence
Under the background of "go global" strategies implemented by China's central enterprises, the collective and intensive development thoughts make it necessary to regroup the enterprises. It becomes an urgent problem to integrate the employees with different background. Formation of the core competence is a support point for an enterprise's sustainable development. Based on the methods for forming the core competence, this paper discusses the weak points in enterprises' culture building, and proposes relevant measures for improvement, which can provide ways for forming the enterprise culture with core competence.
