Importance Assessment for Power Customers Based on the Analytic Network Process Grey Correlation
The customers' classification management needs a comprehensive and objective assessment of power customers. This paper makes an evaluation of the power customers importance from both the requirement of power supply reliability and the hazard of interruption. Based on the interruption effects, the paper proposes an assessment indicator system of users' importance and makes an assessment of the power customers importance based on Analytic Network Process (ANP) Grey Correlation method. Case study has proved the practicality and effectiveness of this method.
