China＇s wind power has developed rapidly since the 21St century began, especially in the years from 2006 to2009 when the annual growth rate exceeded 100%. By 2011, China＇s installed wind power capacity reached 62 364.2 MW. This paper discusses China＇s wind power development since the beginning of the 21 ^st century, analyzes some urgent issues in this field, and puts forward policy suggestions to facilitate the development of China＇ s wind power.
