The knowledge management system is an integration of internal and external organizations＇ knowledge-chain management activities. Based on the electric power enterprises＇ characteristics, this paper analyzes the overall framework of the power production personnel＇s knowledge management system, and discusses the building schemesof knowledge management platform. It＇s concluded that establishment of the production personnel＇s knowledge management system can help improve the safety production level of electric power enterprises.
