摘要
以传统设计或者施工为主营业务的电力工程企业,在转型发展过程中,需要进行不断的变革、系统性迭代升级.在不断调整、勉力突破过程中,有的企业问题还在不断暴露、累积,企业的发展似乎被一面无形的"天花板"困住,难于实现向上突破.本文通过案例分析,探索如何通过抓战略管理、超前谋划布局,实现企业向上突破发展.
Abstract
Electric Engineering enterprises that focus on traditional design or construction as their main business need to undergo continuous changes and systematic iterative upgrades in the process of transition.In the process of constantly adjusting and striving to break through,some companies have found that problems are continuously being exposed and accumulated.Enterprise development seems to be trapped by an invisible"ceiling",which makes it difficult to achieve upward breakthroughs.Via case analysis,this article explores how to achieve breakthrough development for enterprises through strategy implementation and advanced planning.
