摘要

北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)是中国自行研制的全球卫星定位与通信系统(GNSS),是继美国全球定位系统(GPS)和俄罗斯GLONASS之后第三个成熟的卫星导航系统.该系统能够提供全天候、全天时、高精度的定位、导航和授时服务.本文结合贵州电网自身资源条件和基础设施,从系统总体规划设计,基准站选址、基站详细设计等方面进行研究,给出了基于北斗技术的贵州电网高精度位置服务系统设计及建设方案.

Abstract

The BeiDou Satellite Navigation System(BDS)is a Chinese self-developed global satellite position and telecommunication system(GNSS),and the third well developed satellite navigation system after the Global Positioning System(GPS)of United States and the GLONASS of Russia.This system can provide all-weather,all-time,high-precision positioning,navigation and timing services.This paper studied the system planning and design,location selection of base station and detail design of base station in the context of Guizhou Power Grid's own resource conditions and infrastructure,providing a solution for the design and construction of Guizhou Power Grid's high-precision location service system based on BeiDou technology.
