改扩建工程中基于地基条件的GIL竖向伸缩节应用方案探讨

本文以500 kV南桥站GIL管道为例,通过分析计算,对未设置竖向调节功能伸缩节的GIL方案、设置竖向调节功能伸缩节的GIL方案进行技术、工期、经济上的对比分析.结果表明,通过设置竖向伸缩节,可以充分利用地基承载力,大大降低改造施工难度、缩短工期、降低造价,具有很高的综合经济效益.
Taking the project of 500 kV GIL pipeline in Nanqiao substation as an example,this paper compares the GIL expansion joint without and with vertical regulation in terms of technique,construction period and economy by analyzing and calculating.The results show that by setting vertical expansion joints,the foundation bearing capacity will be fully utilized,and the construction difficulty,construction period and cost will be reduced,thus achieve a high comprehensive economic benefit.
