热电厂蓄热罐控制方案设计

为解决集中供暖地区风、光等清洁能源消纳问题,常采用的措施是在热电厂设置蓄热罐实现热电解耦,完成深度调峰.本文针对蓄热罐的工艺特点,给出蓄热罐的控制方案.通过分析供热机组接收热网及电网调度的流程,结合电网侧调度控制的最新研究成果,给出带蓄热罐供热机组的控制及运行方式建议.
To solve the consumption problem of the clean energy such as wind power and solar energy in central heating area,one of the popular ways is installation of heat storage tank,decoupling of heat and electricity and deep peak shaving.Based on process features of the storage tank,the paper gives the control proposal of the tank.Through the analysis of thermal power unit's process,in combination of latest research of power grid dispatch control,the paper gives the modified proposal of unit control and operation.
