Analysis of influencing factors on EDTA titration method in detecting cement dosage for fluid solidified soil
Cement dosage is the key index for controlling the strength of fluid solidified soil, and EDTA titration method is mostly used for detection in the project, but the deviation of water content and cement hydration time in the process of fluid solidified soil preparation will lead to the distortion of detection data. The change rule of the consumption of EDTA disodium standard solution with the three factors of cement dosage, water content and hydration time is investigated;based on the regression orthogonal test, the analysis of the primary and secondary relationship and the significance evaluation of the multi-factors and interactive effects are carried out,and the regression equation of the consumption of EDTA disodium standard solution with the consideration of the comprehensive effects of the three factors is established. The test shows that the consumption of EDTA disodium standard solution is approximately linearly positively correlated with cement dosage, and approximately linearly decreases with the increase of water content or the extension of hydration time;the primary and secondary order of influencing factors is cement dosage, water content, hydration time, and the interaction is not significant;the factor level is within the range of regression orthogonal test group, and the error of the calculated value of the regression equation is lower than 2.40%;the deviation of water content or hydration time is 2.9%,86 min, respectively, which will result in an increase or decrease of about 0.5%in the cement dosage detection value. The research results can provide a reference for improving the cement dosage detection technology of fluid solidified soil.
