A Renewable Energy Certificate Trading Scheme with User Privacy Protection and Supervision
Under the current renewable energy certificate(referred to as"REC")trading model, the inadequate integration of personal privacy into the design has led to issues such as bid information being susceptible to eavesdropping, tampering, and leakage and other privacy issues during the bidding process,a renewable energy certificate trading scheme with user privacy protection and supervision has been proposed.Firstly,a ring signcryption algorithm based on SM9(Commericial secret NO.9 algorithm)is designed. The algorithm requires only four bi-linear pairing operations, resulting in low computational overhead.Secondly, the user's unique identity is combined with the regulatory authority to jointly generate an anonymous identity for users to participate in the transactions while taking into account the traceability of the offending user by the regulator in order to achieve a balance between privacy and regulation. Finally, the theory proves the safety of this scheme, and the experiments demonstrate its low computational cost.
