摘要

采用流延法制备纳米木质素颗粒/海藻酸钠复合膜以解决纯海藻酸钠薄膜机械性能和阻隔性能差的问题,探讨了不同体积比的纳米木质素颗粒对纳米木质素颗粒/海藻酸钠复合膜性能的影响.结果表明,随着复合薄膜中纳米木质素颗粒含量的增多,其热稳定性和紫外吸光度有所提高,平衡含水率和水蒸气透过率明显降低,24 h后其水蒸气透过率仅为对照组的1/3.纳米木质素颗粒的加入,赋予了该复合膜良好的紫外线阻隔性能和气体阻隔性能,可用于果蔬等农产品保鲜.

Abstract

Lignin nano-particles/sodium alginate composite film was prepared by casting method with aim of solving the problems of low mechanical properties and poor barrier properties of sodium alginate film.The effects of volume ratios of lignin nano-particles on the properties of composite film were discussed.The results showed that the thermal stability and ultraviolet absorbance of composite film was improved,whereas its equilibrium moisture content and water vapor permeability were significantly reduced with increasing the content of lignin nano-particles in the composite film.The water vapor permeability was only 1/3 of the controlling samples after 24 h.The barrier performance of the composite film to the ultraviolet and gas was improved after addition of lignin nano-particles,making it to be a potential candidate applied in the fields of agricultural products preservation such as fruits and vegetables.
