基于正交试验的压力计量仪泄漏量影响因素分析

针对0~250 MPa自动活塞式压力计量仪器的活塞系统,利用ANSYS Fluent仿真软件,仿真计算了不同压力、密封间隙、不同动力黏度条件下活塞系统泄漏量的变化规律。在压力为250 MPa时,间隙为0。02 mm,动力黏度为0。018 2 Pa·s,此时的泄漏量达到最大3。864 cm3/s。通过正交试验对比分析得出各因素对活塞泄漏量影响的主次顺序依次为活塞间隙、压力、流体动力黏度。研究结果对研制高效率、高精度的活塞式压力计量仪器具有指导意义。
Analysis of influencing factors in pressure measurement instrument leakage based on orthogonal test
Aiming at the piston system of 0-250 MPa automatic piston pressure measuring instrument,ANSYS Fluent simulation software was used to simulate and calculate the change rule of leakage of piston system under different pressure,seal clearance and dynamic viscosity.When the pressure was 250 MPa,the clearance,the dynamic viscosity and the maximum leakage amount were 0.02 mm,0.018 2 Pa·s and 3.864 cm3/s,respectively.A comparative analysis of the orthogonal tests showed that the piston gap,pressure and hydrodynamic viscosity were the main factors influencing the piston leakage in order of priority.It has guiding significance to develop high efficiency and high precision piston pressure measuring instrument.
