Preparation and characterization of Ba2+and Sb3+co-doped PZT piezoelectric ceramics
Sb3+and Ba3+co-doped lead zirconate titanate(PZT)ceramics were prepared by solid-phase sintering method using antimonous oxide and barium carbonate as doped raw materials. The phase,micro-morphology and electromechanical properties of the medium were studied by XRD,SEM,automatic component analyzer,quasi-static D33 measuring instrument and precision impedance analyzer. The results showed that Sb3+and Ba2+co-doped lead zirconate titanate ceramics had better compactness. When the mass fraction of doped Sb2O3 was 1%and doped BaO was 2%,the electromechanical property was significantly improved. The relative dielectric constant was 1 854,the piezoelectric coefficient was 439.6 pC/N,the electromechanical coupling coefficient was 66%,and the Curie temperature was reduced from 398 to 380 ℃.The high piezoelectric constant is conducive to improving the receiving and transmitting sensitivity of the electronic components prepared by PZT.
