复合碳气凝胶的制备及其电化学性能

以间苯二酚、甲醛和生物质柚棉为原料,采用冷冻干燥及惰性气氛碳化处理相结合的方式,制备了复合碳气凝胶材料;分析了先驱液自生长时间对复合碳气凝胶比表面积、孔结构及微观结构的影响;采用恒电流充放电法、循环伏安法和交流阻抗法对其电化学性能进行了表征.结果表明,所制备的复合碳气凝胶的比表面积为323~410 m2/g,孔容积为0.752~0.800 cm3/g,呈现出明显的介孔结构;自生长时间为6 h时所制备的CA@PC-6复合碳气凝胶具有较高的比表面积和优良的电化学性能,比表面积为410 m2/g,孔径为11.70 nm,电阻为0.704 Ω,在电流密度0.5 A/g时比电容达到219.97 F/g.
Preparation and electrochemical properties of composite carbon aerogels
Composite carbon aerogels were prepared from resorcinol,formaldehyde and biomass pomelo cotton by freeze-drying and inert atmosphere carbonization treatment.The effects of the precursor growth time on the specific surface area,pore structure and microstructure of the composite carbon aerogel were analyzed,and its electrochemical performance was characterized by galvanostatic charge-discharge method,cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance method.The results showed that the prepared composite carbon aerogel exhibited obvious mesoporous structure with the specific surface area of 323 to 410 m2/g and the pore volume of 0.752 to 0.800 cm3/g.The CA@PC-6 composite carbon aerogel prepared by self-growth for 6 h exhibited high specific surface area of 410 m2/g and excellent electrochemical performance,with a pore size of 11.70 nm,a resistance of 0.704 Ω,and a specific capacitance of 219.97 F/g at a current density of 0.5 A/g.
