Preparation and properties of contamination-resistant PVDF/C-PAES blending membrane
Polyvinylidene fluoride blending ultrafiltration membrane was prepared by blending modification method with hydrophilic polyether sulfone containing carboxyl group as raw material. The effects of polyaromatic ether sulfone blending ratio on the structure, surface hydrophilicity, mechanical strength and osmotic flux of the membrane were investigated by SEM,tests of static contact angle of water and tensile strength, filtration test of bovine serum protein solution. The results showed that the mechanical strength of ultrafiltration membrane was weakened to some extent by increasing the blending ratio, while the surface hydrophilicity and pollution resistance of ultrafiltration membrane was significantly enhanced. The flux recovery rate of membrane after forward washing was up to 85%with 3:1 blending ratio, which exhibited the ideal pollution resistance and considerable application prospect in treatment of wastewater.
