D-半乳糖结晶母液的脱色工艺

D-半乳糖工业化生产过程中会产生大量的母液,母液中仍含有大量的D-半乳糖,对生产母液回收利用,不仅可以提高D-半乳糖成品收率,还可以减少废液排放.D-半乳糖母液成分复杂,颜色呈深褐色,必须经过脱色除杂处理,才能实现回收利用.本实验建立了树脂-活性炭联合脱色法,筛选获得了性能良好的树脂,并优化了脱色条件和树脂再生条件.结果表明,采用HYA-310树脂和ZX-301活性炭联合脱色,在母液pH 3.0、总糖质量浓度90 g/L、上样液体积流量0.5 mL/min时,脱色效果最好,脱色后母液透光率超过90%.将饱和NaCl用于脱色树脂的再生,树脂交换容量恢复率达到91.2%,可循环使用10次以上.采用该工艺,母液中D-半乳糖收率达60%,D-半乳糖成品纯度超过98%.
Decolorization process of D-galactose crystallization mother liquor
During the industrial production process of D-galactose,a large amount of mother liquor is generated,which contains a large amount of D-galactose.The yield of D-galactose products can be improved by recycling and utilizing the mother liquor,and the discharge of waste liquid can be reduced.The composition of D-galactose mother liquor is complex and the color is dark brown.Decolorization and impurity removal treatment must be undergo to achieve recycling.A resin activated carbon combined decolorization method was established to obtain high-performance resins,and optimize decolorization and resin regeneration conditions.The results showed that the combination of HYA-310 resin and ZX-301 activated carbon had the best decolorization effect in the conditions of mother liquor pH 3.0,total sugar concentration 90 g/L and the volumetric flow rate of sample solution 0.5 mL/min.The transmittance of mother liquor exceeded 90%after decolorization.The regeneration of decolorizing resin using saturated NaCl resulted in a resin exchange capacity recovery rate of 91.2%,which can be reused more than 10 times.The yield of D-galactose in the mother liquor reached 60%,while the purity of the D-galactose product exceeded 98%in the process.
