摘要

为了降低内燃机车柴油机空气滤清系统的流动阻力,提高流动均匀性,采用CFD仿真计算方法,对高原环境下内燃机车柴油机的空气滤清系统进行流体动力学计算分析与研究.首先,完成机车柴油机空气滤清系统在0 m海拔高度时的性能仿真计算,根据计算结果对空气滤清系统结构进行优化.其次,对优化后的空气滤清系统进行海拔高度分别为2200、4000、5100 m高原环境下的CFD计算.最后,对袋式过滤器的排列方式进行研究,将袋式过滤器在初始过滤器排列的基础上,重新排列出shun-66、cha-56、cha-653种排列方式,研究不同排列方式的流动均匀性和湍流性能.结果表明,cha-56排列方式的湍流性能最好,进气阻力最小,同时流动均匀性也最优.

Abstract

In order to reduce the flow resistance and improve the flow uniformity of the air filtration system of diesel engine locomotive, the CFD simulation method was used to analyze and study the hydrodynamics of the air filtration system of locomotive diesel engine in plateau environment. Firstly, the performance simulation calculation of air filter system of locomotive diesel engine at 0 m altitude is completed, and the structure of air filter system is optimized according to the calculation results. Then the optimized air filter system is calculated by CFD in plateau environment with altitude of 2200 m, 4000 m and 5100 m. Finally, the arrangement of the bag filter is studied. Based on the initial arrangement of the filter, the bag filter is rearranged into three kinds of arrangement of shun-66, cha-56 and cha-65, and the flow uniformity and turbulence performance of dif-ferent arrangement modes are studied. The results show that the cha-56 arrangement has the best turbulence performance and the smallest inlet resistance with the best flow uniformity.
