Combining with the characteristics that the impact of emergency events on the railroad passenger net-work is regional,the train operation plan adjustment measures of partial suspension is selected,the disturb-ance of the emergency events on the railroad passenger network is determined,and the simulation design of the robustness of the train operation plan adjustment on the railroad passenger network is carried out by construc-ting the robustness index.The robustness of the railway passenger network under different proportional stoppa-ges is calculated,taking the railroad passenger network in Liaoning Province as an example.It is found that the robustness of the maximum connectivity subgraph is better than the reachability under the metric of both network metrics.When the proportion of train suspension is greater than 70% or the number of station nodes is greater than 10 under partial train suspension,a rapid decrease of the maximum connectivity subgraph metric is caused,and a rapid decrease of the reachability metric is caused when the proportion of train suspension is greater than 10% or the number of station nodes is greater than 9.
