变频供电对异步电机电磁噪声的影响

摘要
针对某三相异步电机变频供电时,电机噪声明显增大且出现刺耳高频声的情况,利用数值仿真软件建立了电机磁场、振动和噪声模型,计算和分析了变频供电对电机定子电流、径向电磁力、电机振动和噪声的影响.研究发现,变频器供电时,电机定子电流在基波之外增加了基波的谐波分量和载波与谐波相互作用的频率分量,载波引起的电流分量增加了电磁力波的高阶分量,在研究频率范围内(个别频率除外),相比于正弦供电,电机振动速度增大至1.08~131.4倍,声压级增大了2.6~42.6 dB.
Abstract
When the speed of a motor is controlled by a frequency converter,the noise radiated by the motor is increased significantly,and harsh sounds with high frequency components are occured.To solve the problems, the magnetic field,the vibration and the noise models of a three phase asynchronous motor are built and calcu-lated with the numerical simulation software.The stator current,the radial electromagnetic forces and the mo-tor vibration and noise are analyzed.The stator current waveform similar to a sine wave is with some bristle,and this is produced by the stator current harmonics and the frequency components interacted with the carrier wave and harmonics.The latter one increases in the higher-order electromagnetic forces.Compared with the sinusoidal stator current,the motor vibration speeds are increased by 0.08-130.4 times,and the sound pres-sure levels are increased by 2.6-42.6 dB at the frequency range of interest except a few frequencies,and this is caused by the extra electromagnetic force components.
