摘要

为了研究季冻区CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道路基温度场变化规律,依托哈尔滨—牡丹江客运专线利民隧道进口处路基工程,利用Ansys有限元软件建立CRTS Ⅲ型无砟轨道-路基-地基温度场分析模型,以现场监测数据为依据,根据年气温变化函数构造瞬态温度场边界条件,对冻结期与融化期路基与轨道板的温度分布特征展开分析.结果表明:季冻区无砟轨道路基表层结构受温度影响较大,而地基土体向下8m位置为恒温区,基本不受外界温度影响;路基冻结时程曲线表现为单向冻结、双向融化,其中冻深在2月底达到最大,为1.61 m;冻结期CRTS Ⅲ型无砟轨道结构表现为由内热外冷向内冷外热变化,而融化期表现为内冷外热.

Abstract

To study the variation law of CRTS Ⅲ plate type ballastless track subgrade temperature field in sea-sonal frozen soil area,the subgrade project at Limin tunnel entrance of the passenger dedicated line from Har-bin to Mudanjiang is studied,and Ansys finite element software is used to establish the CRTS Ⅲ type ballast-less track-subgrade subgrade temperature field analysis model based on the field monitoring data.The transi-ent temperature field boundary conditions were constructed according to the annual temperature variation func-tion,and the temperature distribution characteristics of the roadbed and track plate in freezing period and melting period were analyzed.The results show that the surface structure of the ballastless track subgrade in the seasonal freezing area is greatly affected by temperature,while the subgrade soil about 8 m downward is a constant temperature area,which is basically not affected by external temperature.The subgrade freezing time history curve shows unidirectional freezing and bidirectional melting,and the maximum freezing depth is 1.61 m at the end of February.The CRTS Ⅲ ballastless track structure is changed from cold inside and cold outside to cold inside and hot outside in freezing period,while cold inside and hot outside in melting period.
