摘要
面向我国交通强国、新型城镇化、交通综合治理和"双碳"建设,首先以美国、英国和日本为例,阐述国外居民出行调查的体系、政策、技术、资金筹措、成果应用等的演进;其次总结我国居民出行调查的发展概况、存在的问题及发展需求;最后结合我国经济社会发展实际和现代技术发展特征,指出我国居民出行调查在体系建设、管理体制、常态化调查机制及数据融合技术等方面的问题,并建议优先开展都市圈居民出行调查.
Abstract
In the context of a nation with strong transportation,new-type urbanization,comprehensive trans-portation treatment and carbon peaking and carbon neutrality development,this study first takes the United States,the United Kingdom and Japan as examples to discuss the evolution for survey structure,policy,tech-nology,financing,applications,etc.on the person trip survey.Then,the paper summarizes evolution,exist-ing problems and development needs of person trip survey in our country.In consideration of the status quo of social and economic development and modern technology development,this study presents problems of the sys-tem construction,management system,normalization survey mechanism,and etc.,and prioritizes organizing metropolitan person trip survey in our country.
