To address the issues of singularity and lag in the evaluation methods for subway and conventional bus transfer services,a game extension cloud combination model is proposed.Firstly,an evaluation index system is constructed based on the four principles of"completeness, simplicity, precision, and practicality".Secondly, the Analytic Hierarchy Process,CRITIC method, and game theory are used to determine the main, passenger, and comprehensive weights of each indicator, and numerical values are applied to the extension cloud model to achieve a combination of the two. Finally, the Shijiazhuang Metro is taken as an example, and a comprehensive evaluation is conducted on the transfer services between its three lines and conventional public transportation. The results show that the scores of Lines 1,2,and 3 are all within the range of[70,90),belonging to a good level, which is con-sistent with the current operation status of the city subway conventional public transportation system. This verifies the feasibility and universality of the combined model. The results in the article are conducive to the scientific for-mulation of precise public transportation transfer service policies.
