基于动态客流的地铁车轮磨耗研究

针对恒载工况下地铁车轮磨耗仿真研究结果与车辆客流实时变化的变载工况存在较大差异的情况,跟踪某实际运营线路,采集地铁列车运行18 h的断面客流数据,分析了车辆时变客流数据对车辆载重的影响,得到了地铁一天内车辆时变载重和恒定载重数值.根据车辆和路线的实际参数,利用Sim-pack 软件建立了仿真轮耗模型,分别对恒载和变载两种载荷工况的地铁车轮磨耗进行了仿真分析.计算得到车辆运行5万、8万和14万km后车轮轮廓形状和磨耗分布规律.结果表明:恒载工况下的仿真结果与实测值相差较大,变载工况下的仿真结果较恒载工况更贴近实测车轮磨耗数据.随着运行里程的增加,变载工况下的最大磨耗深度、位置及磨耗增长率逐渐趋近实测值,基于动态客流的变载工况仿真比恒载工况仿真结果精度高.研究结果为地铁车轮磨耗预测和车轮镟修周期提供了理论依据.
The data of variable passenger flow which can impact the vehicle load is analyzed,and 18 hour pas-senger flow data section of subway vehicle which is base on a subway operational line is collected.The subway wheel wear simulation is established by Simpack based on the actual parameters of vehicle and line including the module of vehicle dynamics,the scrolling module of wheel and track,the simulation module of wheel wear and the variable load module.The subway vehicle wheel wear is analyzed by constant load and variable load,and acquire wheel outline and distribution law of wheel wear which the vehicle operate 50,80 and 140 thou-sands of kilometers.There is a larger difference between the constant load simulation and the variable load simulation results where the variable load simulation result is more close the data of measure of wheel wear.With the increase of operation distance,the maximum wheel wear depth,position and growth rate are close the measure of wheel wear.The variable load simulation based on the dynamic passenger flow is more precise than constant load simulation,and it can supply the subway wheel wear forecast and wheel rotary repair.
