Using the methods of theoretical analysis and numerical analysis,the transmission rate between the bogie and the carbody of the export metro vehicle was analyzed,and the theoretical analysis was adopted in the product scheme design stage.The transmitted rate obtained is 0.04,which verifies the rationality of the scheme.In the detailed design stage of the product,a detailed numerical model is created.Considering the damping and other information of the system,the transmittance obtained is 0.03,and the transmittance ob-tained by both methods is much less than 1.Finally the dynamic model is used to operate under the real track excitation to reveal that the comfort level of the vehicle is good,which effectively controls the vibration trans-mission characteristics of different systems of the vehicle to ensure the operating comfort.It provides a strong theoretical basis for the product development.
