摘要

实施精益供热过程中,由于环境的复杂性、用户需求的多样性,供热企业很难精准获得用户需求,对用户体验关注度低.为帮助企业建立更好服务流程,精准获取用户需求,将有限的资源进行有效的分配,提升用户满意度,基于供热用户需求,以调研问卷为主,通过模糊层次分析法(FAHP)确定供热用户需求权重;基于QFD构建质量屋模型,根据用户需求和设计需求相关程度的矩阵得出企业供热需求要素的权重,实现了将用户主观描述的需求转化为企业供热需求.

Abstract

In the process of implementing lean heating,it is difficult for heating enterprises to accurately ob-tain user needs and pay little attention to user experience due to the complexity of the environment and the di-versity of user needs.In order to help enterprises establish a better service process,obtain accurately user needs,allocate effectively limited resources and improve user satisfaction,the weight of heating user needs is determined through fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)based on the needs of heating users and surveys and questionnaires.A house of quality model is established based on QFD,the weight of the elements of en-terprise heating demand is obtained according to the matrix of the correlation degree between the user demand and design demand,and the demand described by users is transformed into enterprise heating demand.
