Service Restoration Strategy for Resilient Distribution System by Coordinating Fault Reconfiguration and Soft Open Points
To enhance the service restoration capability of a resilient distribution system under extreme disasters,a ser-vice restoration method is proposed in this paper by coordinating fault reconfiguration and soft open points(SOPs).First,an SOP model considering the operational characteristics is established, which includes a power output model and a voltage control model, and a virtual power flow model containing SOPs is introduced to distinguish the control mode of SOP.Second,a fault reconfiguration strategy is put forward by coordinating the tie switches, segmented switch-es and SOPs,and a fault reconfiguration model containing SOPs is established.Third, combined with the power flow constraints, radial constraints and other constraints,a service restoration model of the resilient distribution system is constructed, which is transformed and solved using a second-order cone programming method. Finally,a modified IEEE 123-node test system is analyzed to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model.
