海上风电与多源并网运行有功功率协调控制策略研究

摘要
为降低海上风电功率损耗,提高海上风电效率,提出海上风电与多源并网运行有功功率的协调控制策略.分析模型约束方程,以成本最优为目标建立有功功率协调控制全局函数.依据模型约束方程和全局函数,协调源网储荷运行模态,优化功率分布,快速平衡源荷功率,降低了电压波动,提升了海上风电效率,确保了海上风电的稳定运行.
Abstract
In order to reduce the power loss of offshore wind power and improve its efficiency,a coordinated control strategy for offshore wind power and multi-source grid connected active power is proposed for offshore wind power control.The model constraint equation is analyzed,and a global function for active power coordinated control is established with the goal of cost optimization.Based on the model constraint equation and global function,coordinate the operating mode of source network storage,optimize power distribution,quickly balance source load power,reduce voltage fluctuations,improve the efficiency of offshore wind power,and ensure the stable operation of offshore wind power.
