500 kV变压器作为电力系统中的主要设备,其冷却系统是保障变压器安全、稳定运行的重要辅助装置.当风冷系统无法正常工作时,如不及时排除故障将会对变压器正常运行造成严重的安全隐患,甚至造成变压器异常退出运行.文章对油浸变压器风冷控制策略进行了详细介绍,并给出了分析模板;同时,基于500 kVA变压器油浸风冷系统实况,阐述了油浸变压器典型风冷控制中的"风机组智能切换"策略.
Control Analysis of Oil Immersed Air Cooling System of 500 kVA Transformer
500 kVA transformer is the main equipment in power system,its cooling system is an important auxiliary equipment to ensure the safe and stable operation of transformer.When the air-cooling system can not work properly,if the fault can not be removed in time,it will cause serious security risks to the normal operation of the transformer,and even cause the abnormal withdrawal of the transformer operation.Therefore,this paper introduces the air-cooling control strategy of oil-immersed transformer in detail and gives an analysis template,at the same time,through the actual situation of the air-cooling system of oil-immersed transformer in 500 kV substation,in this paper,the"Intelligent Switch"strategy of air-cooling control for oil-immersed transformer is described in detail.
