摘要
随着变电站综合自动化技术的发展和智能化电网概念的提出,智能化变电站设计规范的颁布为省、市、县级供电企业设计智能化变电站创造了软硬件平台.由于变电站的功能类型、投资建设单位及运行维护主体各不相同,因此在设计智能化变电站时需要考虑不同的侧重点和实现方式.文章基于35 kV智能变电站的功能和优势,探讨了35 kV智能变电站电气自动化的具体设计,以期找出适合35 kV智能化变电站的设计方案.
Abstract
With the development of substation integrated automation technology and the concept of intelligent power grid,the promulgation of intelligent substation design specifications has created a hardware and software platform for the design of intelligent substation for provincial,municipal and county power supply enterprises.Due to the different functional types,investment and construction units and operation and maintenance bodies of substations,different emphases and implementation methods need to be considered in the design of intelligent substations.Based on the functions and advantages of 35 kV intelligent substation,this paper discusses the specific design of 35 kV intelligent substation electrical automation,in order to find out the design scheme suitable for 35 kV intelligent substation.
