Abstract
Focusing on the new pattern of electricity production and consumption under the goal of carbon neutrality,the paper discusses the challenges and opportunities faced by renewable energy and grid interconnection in promoting the transformation of the power industry.The current situation of the global power industry is analyzed,especially the changing trend of the share of renewable energy in the global power mix,and the economic impact of the release of the employment potential of the renewable energy industry.It aims to provide strategic thinking and recommendations for the sustainable development of the power sector and contribute to the achievement of global carbon neutrality.
