Using PLC to Design a Functional Circuit for Steering Speed Detection
With the progress of the times,ordinary single performance products cannot meet the needs of modern industrial production.In this development process,diverse application equipment is often needed in industry to monitor the rotation direction and speed of the rotating shaft.Therefore,the reliability of the rotation direction and speed detection circuit of the rotating shaft,as well as the accuracy of the detection results,are particularly important.The article utilizes Siemens PLC(S7-200)and frequency converter MM440 to achieve steering and speed detection of rotating gears,providing effective experimental data for common problems encountered in work such as generator speed,anchor cable length,and crane rotation.
