Development of a Disassembly and Assembly Tool for the Observation Window of MR Voltage Regulating Switch
During the long-term operation of the main transformer regulator,oil leakage will occur due to the aging of the equipment sealing rubber ring.At present,the observation window of the transformer is leaking oil or replacing it.The top cover of the voltage regulator switch must be completely removed before removing the observation window.There is no special disassembly tool related to transformer observation window in the prior art,in order to solve the above problems,this paper develops and designs an observation window disassembly tool,and describes the research idea,research requirements and implementation plan of the tool.The tool has a good application prospect,high economic benefit and good safety benefit,and can be widely used.
