摘要

高压断路器是保证电力系统正常运行维护的核心设备,而液压机构又是实现高压断路器分合闸动作的主要部件.文章对高压断路器液压机构的结构和常见缺陷及导致缺陷的原因进行了简要介绍,并针对高压断路器液压机构的非解体检修技术进行了研究和探讨,提出了一种非解体检修方法,并详细阐述了其原理、操作流程和应用.

Abstract

The high voltage circuit breaker is the core equipment to ensure the normal operation and maintenance of the power system,and the hydraulic mechanism is the main component to realize the opening and closing action of the high voltage circuit breaker.This paper briefly introduces the structure and common defects of the hydraulic disc spring mechanism and the causes of the high circuit breaker,studies and discusses the non-disassembly maintenance technology of the hydraulic mechanism,puts forward a non-disassembly maintenance method,and expounds its principle,operation process and application.
