摘要
电能在我国能源结构中占有重要地位,是支持工业生产和居民生活的基础性资源.新时代背景下,我国着力"节能减排",通过引入智能化技术加速传统电力行业转型升级,由此智慧化电厂成为主要发展趋势.在大力建设发展智慧化电厂的同时,安全管理也进入新阶段,有了全新的要求.揭东智慧化电厂作为广东省揭阳市的重点能源投资建设项目,无论是项目建设还是运营效益,尤其是安全管理方面受到国家与社会的高度关注.目前该项目拟通过建立智慧安防系统来实现智慧化安全管理.文章概述了揭东智慧电厂项目情况,重点针对其智慧安全管理进行阐述,以供行业内相关人士参考学习.
Abstract
Electric energy plays an important role in China's energy structure and is a fundamental resource that supports industrial production and residents'lives.In the context of the new era,China is focusing on"energy conservation and emission reduction",accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the traditional power industry by introducing intelligent technology.As a result,intelligent power plants have become the main development trend.While vigorously constructing and developing intelligent power plants,safety management has also entered a new stage,with new requirements.Jiedong Intelligent Power Plant,as a key energy investment and construction project in Jieyang City,Guangdong Province,has received high attention from the country and society in terms of project construction and operational efficiency,especially in terms of safety management.At present,the project has achieved intelligent security management by establishing a smart security system.The article provides an overview of the Jiedong Smart Power Plant project,with a focus on its smart safety management,for reference and learning by relevant professionals in the industry.
