摘要
电力可靠性管理是保障电力安全可靠供应的基础.电力供应事关经济发展全局和社会稳定大局,是关系民生的大事.随着《电力可靠性管理办法(暂行)》的颁布,我国电力系统可靠性管理体系得到进一步完善.文章聚焦于电力行业发电专业设备可靠性管理制度建设领域,深入剖析和论证了制度建设的必要性,探究制度建设路线的方法论,通过不断地实践摸索,逐步实现电力行业设备可靠性管理制度落地应用,并为制度后续的优化提供思路和参考.
Abstract
Electricity reliability management is the basis for ensuring a safe and reliable supply of electricity.Electricity supply has a bearing on the overall situation of economic development and social stability,and is a major event relating to people's livelihood.With the promulgation of"Electric Power Reliability Management Measures(Interim)",the reliability management system of China's electric power system has been further improved.This paper focuses on the field of power industry power generation professional equipment reliability management system construction,in-depth analysis and demonstration of the necessity of system construction,explore the methodology of the system construction route,through continuous practical exploration,and gradually make the power industry power generation professional equipment reliability management system to achieve the ground application,and for the follow-up system to optimise the construction of the ideas and references.
