With the development of power electronics and new energy grid connection technology,new requirements for miniaturization,high-frequency,and high power density transmission have been put forward for high-frequency transformers.Therefore,the optimization design of high-frequency transformers that comprehensively consider different constraint conditions is an urgent problem to be solved.The article provides an overview of the current research status of high-frequency transformer core loss,winding loss characteristics,parasitic parameters,and optimization design methods both domestically and internationally.It summarizes and summarizes measures to reduce core loss and winding loss,as well as methods to control leakage inductance and distributed capacitance.Finally,the key issues faced by future high-frequency transformers were discussed in the future.
