摘要
发电机碳刷温度过高会严重影响发电机的工作性能.文章阐述了碳刷的工作原理,以及温度过高对电动机的负面影响,从电流负载、散热不足等方面分析了温度升高的原因,提出了针对性的改进策略,以期为相关工作人员提供参考.
Abstract
Excessive temperature of the generator carbon brush can seriously affect the working performance of the generator.The article elaborates on the working principle of carbon brushes and the negative impact of high temperature on electric motors.It analyzes the reasons for temperature increase from the aspects of current load and insufficient heat dissipation,and proposes targeted improvement strategies to provide reference for relevant personnel.
