基于无线传输技术的环保用能检测系统应用

当前各行业污染源自动监测日渐加强,污染防治设施用电检测系统正进一步加快发展,但大量常规在役设备及屏柜未预留数据采样接口及设备安装位置,且设备运行状态下无法进行互感器安装、电流回路接线及电缆敷设等工作.文章利用开口组合式交流电流隔离传感器在被监测设备一、二次回路上进行电流采样,采用无线数据传输的方案,通过环保用能检测系统对生产设施与治污设施的用电电量、分时负荷、异常用电进行实时动态监测,可实现对生产设备运行状态、治污设施停运与低负荷运行的实时监测、预警、分析与管理.该系统便捷可靠,既节约成本,同时也满足数据传输安全、稳定的要求.
Application of Environmental Energy Consumption Detection System Based on Wireless Transmission Technology
With the increasing strengthening of automatic monitoring and supervision of pollution sources in various industries,the construction of the electricity supervision system for pollution prevention and control facilities has also been further accelerated.Through the environmental protection electricity supervision system,real-time dynamic monitoring of the electricity consumption,time-sharing load,and abnormal electricity consumption of enterprise production facilities and pollution control facilities is achieved,achieving real-time monitoring,warning,analysis,and management of enterprise production stoppage and restriction,unauthorized shutdown and low load operation of pollution control facilities.In service equipment and cabinets do not reserve data sampling interfaces and equipment installation locations,and the installation of transformers,current circuit wiring,and cable laying cannot be carried out while the equipment is in operation.Therefore,the use of open combination AC current isolation sensors for current sampling on the primary and secondary circuits of the monitored equipment makes wireless data transmission more convenient and reliable,saving costs and meeting the requirements of data transmission safety and stability.
