摘要

上海西门子高压开关有限公司针对GIS母线导体需求量大但采购成本高情况,研究选取典型GIS母线单元,基于第一性原理对比材料的化学成分、机械特性及电导率等参数,寻找合适的国产替代.与此同时适当降低电导率,保证温升等性能,综合达到采购成本降低60%的目标.在GIS制造市场竞争激烈条件下,兼顾GIS设备性能和降本增效,为提高综合竞争力、加快类似模块的迭代提供了有效方法.

Abstract

Shanghai Siemens High Voltage Switchgear Co.,Ltd.has a high demand for GIS bus conductors but high procurement costs.The study selects typical GIS bus units and compares the chemical composition,mechanical properties,and conductivity parameters of materials based on first principles to find suitable domestic alternatives.At the same time,it is necessary to appropriately reduce the conductivity,ensure temperature rise and other performance,and comprehensively achieve the goal of reducing procurement costs by 60%.In the context of fierce market competition in GIS manufacturing,it provides an effective method to balance GIS equipment performance,cost reduction and efficiency improvement,and accelerate the iteration of similar modules to enhance comprehensive competitiveness.
