Research on Fault Analysis and Information Analysis Countermeasures for Steam Turbines in Power Plants
This study first explores several common faults in steam turbines,such as reduced efficiency of vacuum pumps,unstable rotor balance,and abnormal vibrations.Secondly,design a computerized maintenance and management system for steam turbines,which includes system architecture design,data management,and user interface design.Various response strategies were analyzed for specific faults of steam turbines in power plants,including methods for solving low vacuum problems,handling vibration anomalies,etc.Finally,the application of modern technology in steam turbine maintenance and optimization was discussed.Through these technologies,faults can be effectively predicted and prevented,improving operational efficiency.
