火电机组灵活性运行及深度调峰关键技术研发与应用

近年来,我国风电和光伏装机规模迅猛增长,部分地区出现了较为严重的弃风、弃光和弃水问题.通过对煤电机组改造,释放其潜在的灵活性,可有效提高我国电力系统调节能力.文章结合电厂机组设备和运行状况,提出了综合运用省煤器外部烟气旁路改造、磨煤机分离器及分配器改造、汽轮机快速启停系统、风粉在线测量与调节装置改造等技术方案,同时开展了技术方案可行性分析,确保机组能在20%~30%的额定负荷下安全稳定运行.
Research and Application of Key Technologies for Flexible Operation and Deep Peak Shaving of Thermal Power Units
In recent years,the installed capacity of wind and photovoltaic power in China has grown rapidly,and some regions have experienced serious problems of wind,solar,and water abandonment.By renovating coal-fired power units and unleashing their potential flexibility,the regulation capacity of China's power system can be effectively improved.The article combines the equipment and operating conditions of power plant units to propose technical solutions for the comprehensive application of external flue gas bypass transformation of economizers,separator and distributor transformation of coal mills,rapid start stop system of steam turbines,and online measurement and regulation device transformation of air and powder.At the same time,a feasibility analysis of the technical solutions is carried out to ensure that the units can operate safely and stably at 20-30%rated load.
