Temperature Monitoring and Analysis of Carbon Brush in Slip Ring Device Based on Multiple Thermal Imaging Probe Sensors
This paper designs a carbon brush temperature monitoring system of slip ring device based on multiple thermal imaging probe sensors.The system uses thermal imaging probe sensor to obtain the temperature data of carbon brush,and realizes the monitoring and alarm of carbon brush temperature through data processing and analysis.The system adopts thermal imaging video monitoring and adds an on-site display device.Through the design of the system,the data display realizes multiple functions such as historical data query and fault warning,which can better guarantee the safe operation of hydraulic power generation.
