摘要
测试某冶炼厂倾动炉运行期间的供电网电能质量发现,其存在谐波干扰、三相不平衡、电压畸变等问题.装设静止型动态无功补偿成套装置能够抑制谐波、提高电压稳定性,是改善电网运行质量的有效技术措施.文章分析了该装置的基本控制原理,介绍了无功补偿计算、三相不平衡调节、滤波器、供电方式、补偿容量等设计要点,结合实际工况对其运行效果进行检验,结果显示,设计方案达到了预期目标.
Abstract
The power quality of the power supply network during the operation of the tilting furnace in a smelter is tested,and the problems of harmonic interference,three-phase unbalance and voltage distortion are found.The installation of static reactive power compensation sets can restrain harmonics and improve voltage stability,thus becoming an effective technical measure to improve the operation quality of power grid.In the research process,the basic control principle of the device is analyzed,and the design key points such as reactive power compensation calculation,three-phase unbalance regulation,filter,power supply mode,compensation capacity are introduced.The results show that the design scheme achieves the expected goal.
