循环流化床锅炉采用的是工业化程度最高的洁净煤燃烧技术,具有热效率高、电耗低、连续运行能力强的特点.文章针对锅炉渣库粉尘防治处理问题进行研究,以某电厂HG-1065/17.5-L.MG44循环流化床锅炉为例,阐述锅炉底渣处理现状,介绍了袋式除尘器滤料的选择,以及渣库除尘系统的设计方案和应用效果.渣库粉尘问题不仅影响锅炉生产效率,还会造成环境污染,采用渣库除尘系统可有效防治粉尘问题,具有良好的经济、社会和技术效益.
Discussion on Dust Control Measures of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Slag Reservoir in Coal-fired Power Plant
The circulating fluidized bed boiler adopts the most industrialized clean coal combustion technology,which has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency,low power consumption and strong continuous operation ability.Taking HG-1065/17.5-L.MG44 circulating fluidized bed boiler of a power plant as an example,this paper points out the current situation of boiler bottom slag treatment,introduces the selection of filter material of bag dust collector,and expounds the design scheme and application effect of the dust removal system of slag reservoir in detail.The research shows that the dust problem of slag storage not only affects the production efficiency of boiler,but also causes environmental pollution.The dust problem can be effectively prevented and controlled by the slag storage dust removal system,which has good economic,social and technical benefits.
