摘要

电力能源是促进经济与工业快速发展的强大推动力,智慧电力通过智能化技术手段构建的供电管理信息系统,可进一步提高供电管理效率.文章在分析系统需求的基础上,以JSP技术、JavaScript技术与MVC、Struts框架、B/S架构为支撑,对系统架构与数据库进行详细设计与开发,对软件、关键环境与性能进行测试,最终建立一套具有设备管理、人员管理、安监管理等完备功能的供电管理系统,以提高供电企业的工作效率.

Abstract

Electric energy is a powerful driving force for promoting rapid economic and industrial development.Smart electricity can further improve the efficiency of power supply management by constructing a power supply management information system through intelligent technology.On the basis of analyzing system requirements,with JSP technology,JavaScript technology,MVC,Struts framework,and B/S architecture as support,detailed design and development of system architecture and database are carried out,software,key links,and performance are tested,and finally a complete power supply management system with equipment management,personnel management,safety supervision management,and other functions is established to improve the work efficiency of power supply enterprises.
