摘要

目前,电力行业已进入了一个全新的发展阶段,必须从多个方面进行改革,才能适应新形势下的发展需要.其中,提高客户服务管理水平是当前电力企业工作中面临的一个重要问题.基于此,文章主要探讨了在新形势下如何对电力客户服务进行管理及如何提高电力客户满意度.

Abstract

At present,the electric power industry has entered a new stage of development,facing more fierce competition.With the deepening of the reform of the market economic system,the electric power industry must be reformed from many aspects in order to meet the development needs under the new situation.Among them,the improvement of customer service management level is an important problem in the current work of electric power enterprises.This paper mainly discusses how to manage power customer service and how to improve power customer satisfaction under the new situation.
