摘要
随着现代社会对电力供应质量和服务满意度要求的不断提高,电网企业供电服务的评价变得愈发重要.文章旨在设计和实现一种有效的电网企业供电服务评价体系,以提高供电服务质量,满足用户需求.分析了电网企业供电服务评价参考理论与方法,对供电服务评价体系搭建的原则及方法进行了阐述,介绍了承载供电服务评价体系的信息系统的建设框架,对电网企业提升供电服务质量具有重要意义.
Abstract
With the increasing demand of power supply quality and service satisfaction in modern society,the evaluation of power supply service of power grid enterprises becomes more and more important.This paper aims to design and implement an effective power supply service evaluation system for power grid enterprises,so as to improve the quality of power supply service and meet the needs of users.This paper analyzes the reference theory and method of power supply service evaluation for power grid enterprises,expounds the principles and methods of the construction of power supply service evaluation system,and introduces the construction framework of the information system carrying the power supply service evaluation system,which is of great significance for power grid enterprises to improve the quality of power supply service.
