随着风电场的快速发展,场站预测水平不高、场站管理粗放、缺少中长期发电量预测分析和评估等问题日益突出,已成为制约新能源消纳的主要因素.数据质量是风电厂预测发电量的基础,但是在业务数据产生的过程中,由于数据采集技术、现场设备、管理机制等方面的差异和漏洞,导致部分业务数据在准确性、完整性、时效性、一致性等方面不能满足需求.为此,有必要进行基于单机运行数据的治理,并开展基于治理后数据的中长期发电量预测的研究.
Research on Wind Farm Data Governance and Power Generation Prediction Based on Massive Single Machine Information
With the rapid development of wind farms,problems such as low prediction level,extensive management,and lack of analysis and evaluation of medium and long-term power generation have become increasingly prominent.These have become the main factors restricting the consumption of new energy,and data quality is the foundation for building good advanced Applications.However,in the process of generating business data,due to differences and loopholes in data collection technology,on-site equipment,management mechanisms,and other aspects,a considerable portion of business data cannot meet the requirements in terms of accuracy,completeness,timeliness,consistency,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct governance reduction assessment based on single machine operation data and conduct research on medium and long-term power generation prediction based on governance data.
